Magnesium-chromium bricks are widely used in industry, construction industry and other fields because of their high quality characteristics such as heat resistance and pressure resistance. Magnesium-chromium bricks also have several different types. According to the requirements of different products, there are three kinds of magnesia-chromium bricks:
1. Sintering magnesia-chrome bricks:
The fired magnesia-chrome brick is made of high quality magnesia and chrome ore fine ingredients. The content of Cr2O3 is adjusted according to different needs. The product has good thermal stability and high temperature performance, and is widely used in cement kilns, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces and so on.
2. Directly bonded magnesia-chrome bricks:
The magnesia-chrome brick is directly bonded with chrome ore with low impurity content and high-quality magnesia as raw materials. It is formed by high pressure and fired at high temperature above 1 700 C. It has good high temperature performance and strong slag erosion resistance. Resistance to cement clinker erosion. It is widely used in non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces and cement rotary kilns.
3. Semi-recrystallized magnesia-chromium brick and recrystallized magnesia-chromium brick
Semi-recrystallized magnesia-chromium bricks and recrystallized magnesia-chromium bricks are widely used in RH, VOD, AOD and other out-of-furnace refining devices, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, etc. They are made of some or all electromelted sand (electromelted synthetic sand) as raw materials, fine ingredients, high pressure moulding and ultra-high temperature calcination.
